Creating a New Toolbar

• On the Tools menu, click Customize.
• The Customize dialogue box is displayed.
• Select the Toolbars tab.
• Click New.
• The Toolbar Name dialogue box is displayed.
• Enter a name and click OK.
  
• The new toolbar name is displayed in the Toolbars box and a new floating toolbar appears on the screen.
  
• To add buttons to the new toolbar see Adding a Button to a Toolbar
  
  

  To dock the new tool bar, drag it to any side of the main window. A toolbar is docked when its gripper bars appear. To undock a toolbar, click the grippers and drag the toolbar to its new position.

  
  
• Click Close on the Customize dialogue box to return to text editing mode.
